Q. What should I do if I am moving? 

A. If you are moving to another area within the School District of Westfield, please contact the Administration Office to notify them of your new address. Also, please contact the Transportation Department at 608-296-3030 so we can make sure that we still need to pickup your child.

If you are moving out of the School District of Westfield, please contact the Administration Office and Transportation Department.
